Let's Build the Future of Christian Education

For over 150 years, we've been blessed to be able to provide Alpena families with a high-quality, Christ-centered school option.

Today, with your help, we're writing the next chapter.

In 2025, we purchased the old Aces Academy building on Pinecrest Street in Alpena. This second campus will allow Immanuel Lutheran School to offer a Christian high school education in Fall 2026 and beyond.

This marks the first time since the 1970s that Alpena families have had the ability to send their children to a Christian school from kindergarten all the way through high school.

By the time the building is fully renovated, the Pinecrest Street Campus will be one of the safest and most modern learning facilities in Northeast Michigan.

We're in the home stretch of our capital campaign, but we need your help to get us over the finish line.

To date, we've raised over $1.3 million toward our $2 million project.

It's come from our congregation, from our school families, and from generous members of the Northeast Michigan community who want to see a high-quality Christian educational option.

Right now, a group of families have offered us a challenge: if we can raise $450,000 by June 30, 2026, they will match us. This will put us over our goal and help us keep the cost of Christian education affordable for Alpena families.

So far, we've raised $155,738 towards the match.
